Meet Pravin Kumar
Practical CNC Experience Behind Spindle Engineer
Before focusing on spindle engineering, Mr. Pravin Kumar spent around 10 years as a Service Engineer with Ace Micromatic Group, working directly with CNC machines in real production environments.
He was involved in machine installation and commissioning, proving components on new machines, and solving machining and process-related problems.
That hands-on experience, combined with NuLook CNC Services’ broader CNC service background, became the foundation for the company’s later focus on spindle engineering and repair.
The Journey of NuLook CNC Services
2009 — NuLook CNC Services started as a complete CNC machine service company.
2009–2013 — Complete shop AMC contracts, machine reconditioning and other machine-related engineering work.
2013–14 onward — The company’s primary focus gradually shifted toward spindle repair and spindle engineering.
Today — Spindle Engineer builds on that experience, bringing together practical CNC machine knowledge and specialised spindle engineering.

Our background in CNC machine service means we approach spindle problems with practical machine experience behind us.
We have worked with machine installation and commissioning, component proving, machining problems, machine reconditioning and spindle repair — experience that helps us understand what the customer is trying to achieve, not just the component being repaired.
