When Your CNC Spindle Fails, You Need More Than a Repair.
Spindle problems solved by people who understand the machine, the process, and the pain of machine downtime.

What Is Your Spindle Telling You?
From Symptoms to Solution
DIAGNOSE
Understand the symptoms, inspect the spindle, and identify the actual cause.
REPAIR
Repair or rebuild the spindle using the right components and engineering approach.
VERIFY
Test the spindle to confirm performance before it returns to the machine.
We’ve Seen This Before
The symptom is visible. The real cause is often somewhere else.
Spindle Runout
Possible causes: spindle nose wear-out, damaged taper, seating error or mechanical damage.
Runout After Bearing Replacement
Possible causes: bearing seating, preload, alignment or assembly accuracy.
Vibration at High RPM
Possible causes: unbalance, bearing condition, rotor dynamics or assembly condition.
Spindle Overheating
Possible causes: bearing condition, preload, lubrication or thermal behaviour.
Surface Finish Deteriorating
Possible causes: runout, vibration, bearing degradation or spindle condition.
Unexpected Spindle Trips
Possible causes: temperature, vibration, motor/load behaviour or electrical feedback.
Don’t replace the spindle because of a symptom. Find the reason behind it.
REPAIR IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE SPINDLE PERFORMS.
Every repaired spindle is carefully tested and verified before it leaves our workshop.
