CNC Spindle Repair That Starts With Understanding the Problem

From diagnosis and dismantling to repair, rebuilding and testing — we focus on understanding what happened to the spindle and what it needs to do when it returns to the machine.
Spindles We Repair
Different spindle designs require different repair approaches. We work across a range of CNC spindle types and configurations.

What Happens When Your Spindle Comes to Us?
Every spindle follows a structured process from initial inspection through repair, rebuilding and final testing.
STEP 01
Receive & Inspect
The spindle is received and inspected to understand its condition and the symptoms reported from the machine.
STEP 02
Disassemble & Diagnose
The spindle is carefully disassembled and inspected to identify the actual failure and the condition of its components.
STEP 03
Assess & Quote
The inspection findings are assessed and the required repair work, components and associated costs are identified.
STEP 04
Customer PO / Approval
Repair work proceeds after receiving the customer’s purchase order or written approval to begin the work.
STEP 05
Repair & Rebuild
The required repair, component replacement and rebuilding work is carried out according to the spindle’s condition and application.
STEP 06
Assemble & Test
The spindle is assembled and tested to verify its condition and performance before it returns to the machine.
STEP 07
Dispatch
After final testing, the spindle is prepared for dispatch and returned to the customer.
Spindle Modification & Upgradation
Some spindle manufacturers use proprietary or specially selected components that may no longer be readily available in the local market. In such cases, a direct replacement may not always be practical.
We can evaluate the spindle for suitable modifications, replacement components or design changes to restore its functionality and improve future serviceability, depending on the spindle and application.
